boating

so we got a boat a bit over a month ago, and it has been alot of fun! we like to fish, tube, ski, and hopefully soon wake board. we had both of the original tires on the trailor blow out on us, one happened after a weekend trip camping in brownlee as we pulled into our drive-way. that was such a big blessing. and the other when garret and some of the guys were coming home from a day if fishing out past mountain home, on the freeway. but luckly we got it all taken care of, and not have new tires. we love to take our dogs out on the boat. when we first got jane, we took her out for her first time and she dove off the bow when i was pulling garret on the tube. she did just fine swimming and you can tell she wants to do it again. anyways, here are a few pics.

getting the hang of this

so im finally starting to understand the blog thing. i am finding so many loved ones to follow their blogs. im guessing thats all there is to it. feel me in if im missing out on anything. we had a great weekend. we celebrated our anniversary last weekend! its been a wonderful year of marriage, and im looking forward to many more years! we had the singing that was sweet on friday night, and saturday carries baby shower and fun with hope, allie, brittany, katelyn, and lorraine, and sunday we had lunch with mike, tudy, richard, michelle, and paul and char. and then just spent the rainy evening watching old movies and playing games. i won of course...haha. the smiths are competative, but they have another thing comin, cause i am too! i worked out this morning. i love it, the gym is a mile away! today i did an abs class, step class, strengh, and zumba! i feel so much better after i work out. i showered, and now i just need to clean house. i already did laundry and dishes. the joys of never ending chores! my mom and aunt are planning on coming up for the 4th of july! so i cant wait for that. and my mom will stay till my our birthdays, hers is july 12, and mine is july 13. i was a day late b-day present! and then garrets brothers clint and caleb are coming around the 16th. and we will go sky diving on the 18th! i wanted to take garret for our ann. but we wanted to wait so clint could come. it will be my 3rd time, and it is the coolest thing ever! i love it! i would go every weekend if i could. its awesome! then, the jackson camp outs start the 22nd. i get to meet my sister and best friend there. and they will come back to ID with us! i have so much to look forward to! well hope you all have a wonderful day! tomorrow i will go see carissa, poor cousin broke both elbows. but she is a stud and is doing great! new to blogging

so i finally broke down, found the time, and made a blog. thanks to my sister-in-law jen. i have heard alot of sisters are on here, so cant wait to keep in touch one more way and know whats new in all your worlds. looking forward to it. i love you all
